Right arrow doesn't work in survival and creative mode, it either places or breaks blocks in the near the arrow in the GUI. There's also a bug where there is much more lag in places where it was perfectly smooth in 1.18.

However, this issue is Invalid.
Please put only one bug report in each ticket. It is very difficult to keep track of bugs when they are not in their own tickets.
