[MCPE-15767] Pulled/Pushed Redstone don't pop

Pushed/Pulled block that the Redstone on top doesn't disappear, instead float if the block is pushed only to X coordinates. Not working with Y.

I think they are talking about the dust on top of the piston head.But I have no Idea what is meant by medium percentage.
