[MCPE-159066] Step sound effect repeatedly plays while using nether portal

When using a nether portal the step/walking sound effect repeatedly plays very fast for the duration the player is waiting in the loading screen.

I added a clip, hope this helps. There's about a 50 percent chance the bug happens when I use a portal. This never happened before the 1.19.10 update.

Yes it does still happen. Especially when loading times between dimensions are a bit longer.
