Switch version Menu title bugs

For the past year at least there has been issues with the way menu titles load on the switch. Instead of showing the title, it shows some variable name like "store.header.378" or "offer.category.skinpacks" for example (see pictures). I don't know if this only affects me or other switch users, but i've tried uninstalling and reinstalling my game many times over the past year and it doesn't help. Not to mention that icons in the marketplace or character creator never load, but I think that is more of an issue with optimization. This makes the marketplace impossible to look through, and the character creator extremely tedious, having to select and look at every single option since you cant see their icons.
