Crash on startup

Btw it works fine on 0.15.1 alpha build 1
But is broken on the full release

I think most devices crashes now when opening mcpe 0.15.1. But hey i tried removing the custom resource packs folder and it worked, please tell me im wrong that they are preventing us to use custom texture packs 😞

@BugReporter101 Clearly a bug. Why would they waste time adding texture pack support if the game doesn't accept it? I'll try removing the resource pack folder, like you did and see if it fixes the problem

Anyway, FIX THIS BUG PLS MOJANG... I really want to use custom resource packs

Sorry, issues pertaining to the use of third party or modified texture packs or game folders are not supported here. If you think the issue is a result of a vanilla mechanic or feature, please feel free to add more details.

Hey Mega Spud, with all due respext but i think it is not our problem for using this custom texture packs because why at first it works on the previous versions like 0.15.0 builds and official and even the build 1 of 0.15.1 🙂 not to offend you

@vincent i know right, i mean lets just set aside that yes we should not use third party texture packs and use the provided texture packs of minecraft pe, but isn't it unfair that on pc edition, we could use any texture packs that we want to, and in this way of editing the game files, its just making things fair. Frankly, not all people would buy the provided texture pack cause why use money for that if you can just use custom texture packs, right? sorry for acting like this but please consider this @Mega_Spud

@Mega_Spud okay i know the exact problem already, not all texture packs will crash the game, only the 32x32 ones 🙂

@vincent as i said above, are you using 32x32? Im using faithful thats why it crashes the game, try using 16×16 texture packs,itt would work! 🙂

@BugReporter101 I'm using faithful and codecrafted. Probably that's the reason I keep crashing.

Im a 42 yr old guy that doesnt get these things..but my son lo0ves them

Ive purchased this app for my son - he loves it..but lately upon opening it crashes and after a black screen just returns to the homescreen

This is a bit frustrting seen Ive paid for this game..and now it doesnt function

He plays it on his Sasmung Galaxy J phone

It was running great..no issues..but now this

Ive got no idea as the the workings of these things

Please assist asap!! hes making me mad!!
