When I attempt to type on signs the text disappears when I finish and when I try to name or even just combine items on an anvil they either become named a varying amount of hashtags or just will not exit the anvil. This has been occurring for around a week now and is becoming very problematic for me.

I´ve had the excat same issue with my bow I really hope this is going to be fixed soon. Its almost unbearable to only see ##### when I use my bow.
