Problem issued : Unable to edit skin characters at dressing menu when there no Internet/WiFi is turn on

Reproduce issues :

Step 1 :Turn off your Internet or WiFi

Step 2 : Get inside minecraft and then go to dressing menu

Suppose to be : Able to edit skin characters at dressing menu when there no Internet/WiFi is turn on
