Whenever a player swings a sword enchanted with Fire Aspect at an Allay he/she owns, even though the sword's initial impact does nothing to an Allay, the Fire Aspect enchantment still takes effect and sets the Allay on fire.
How to replicate:
-Spawn an Allay
-Give it an item
-Enchant a sword with Fire Aspect
-Swing the sword at the Allay
Expected Result:
The sword has no effect on the Allay, as you're currently it's owner and can't harm it.
Actual Result:
The sword's initial impact does nothing, but the Fire Aspect enchantment still sets the Allay on fire.
