Unable to exit Game Settings screen on Bedrock Realms

When editing the Game Settings from the Manage Realms UI, I'm often unable to exit the settings menu and return to the main Realms page.

It doesn't seem to matter if I'm adding or removing resource packs, changing game settings, or downloading a backup.

After I've made changes to the settings and attempted to leave via the Edit"World_Name" button, the UI changes to the "Inititialzing Upload" message, then changes to the "All Done" message with the "Let's Go" button. Upon clicking the "Let's Go" button, I'm returned not to the Edit World UI, but to the Game Settings UI.

This can continue in an endless loop, with no way to exit this UI, save closing the game.

Occasionally, it will exit to the "Applying Packs" message. If this happens, then I'm returned to the Edit World UI as expected.

Steps to reproduce: (See Attached Video)

  1. Enter the Realms "Edit World" UI via the Pencil icon next to the Realm name.

  2. Highlight/Click the desired world, to bring up the "Edit World" button

  3. Click "Edit World"

  4. It is not necessary to change settings, however, this can be done if desired.

  5. Exit the Game Settings UI via the "<Edit: World_Name{}" button.

I believe this is the same issue I am experiencing. I’m primarily seeing it when trying to upload resource packs and it’s preventing packs from being uploaded as well because the upload doesn’t actually occur.

Yes I'm experiencing this issue also, I've tried to add resource and behaviour packs to my realm from both my iPad and iPhone. From both devices I experience the same "loop" you've described, and nothing gets saved.

Considering how long the bug hasn't been updated, does the issue still occur for you in the newest version?

I've been having this issue for quite some time. Even opened a ticket on the Bug Tracker (REALMS-11721) and it was closed as incomplete despite having a video attached which shows the issue.

It also makes adding and removing recourse/behaviour packs near impossibile, especially when a pack's files become corrupted and you can't remove it to resolve the issue because the game doesn't save your changes when you end up force quitting because you can't use the back button which also toggles the code which checks for and updates changes to recourse/behaviour packs. Very annoying.
