Random sea grass on specific blocks will glitch out the water. I have used shears on the sea grass and then try placing the sea grass back, only for the water to still be glitched out. The water isn't glitched out when there is no sea grass in that spot (Screenshot 19... Screenshot 18 is a before shot). When sea grass is placed somewhere else, water doesn't glitch out.
I'm on a multiplayer world. Everyone is on 1.19.11.
