When placing or looking at some of the seagrass down at the rivers or water, you can see some of the seagrass is having a glitchy rendering when it is placed or generated next to the other seagrasses.

This affects almost all waterloggable blocks with the exception of dripstone and buttons and always happens at chunkborders, i have attached pictures with my testing and a world download if necessary.
It happens with naturally generated as well as placed blocks, and is purely a visual bug where the water is invisible and in the case of seagrass you see a 2D version of the seagrass texture on the top side of the block. You can swim through these blocks as normal, and once you break the seagrass the water renders normally again.
Just added a copy of my world with the bug effecting bubble columns and some sort of pumpkin or sign texture.
Having the same issue. Also when a waterloggable block is broken underwater, sometimes the water glitches and turns lighter.
I’ve found that sometimes when it generates naturally, the water will be glitchy for an entire line on the same x coordinate.
waterlogged oak wood stairs also have chance to have top side of water look like crimson planks
I’ve seen that sometimes it only occurs when a block is in a certain place around it, such at diagonal and 1 away, yet when the block is broken the glitched waterlogged block reverts to normal
This can happen when you try to use sponges to clear out water if you've sectioned off with solid blocks (like stone solid blocks). The stone block gets waterlogged.
It also happens with some bubble columns, and I've also seen some pumpkin textures on the sides of source blocks.

This appears to be a regression of MCPE-52911.
Can confirm.
