[MCPE-160360] Can't import mcpack, mcworld, or mctemplate on android

On android, mcpack, mcworld, and mctemplate files can't open, as it seems Minecraft isn't registering that it can open mcpack files.

I used to go into the Internal Storage/games/com.mojang folder, although that is no longer an option.
