It will not stop raining in my world. I have tried cheats, sleeping, restarting the game, and changing the settings multiple times and nothing is working.

Can confirm for Nintendo Switch Bedrock Edition Ver.1.19.20.
A reload of the world tends to help, but it can make for some useful riptide travel, as it's still raining on your client. It's an exploit, but be careful, to others it may seem like hacking, as other player's clients may not be experiencing infinite rain.
