[MCPE-16159] Restore Purchases does not restore previously purchased content (skins etc.)

Since the update to 0.15.2, I have lost all my previoysly purchased skin packs and texture packs. The Restore function in the Store does not restore anything even after showing the "We're restoring your purchases!" message.

Have you looked in the app store, under Minecraft app, your purchased content?

As far as I can tell, we're not able to see purchased in-app content in the app store, however I have checked as per your suggestion, but there's nothing that could help with the issue. The point is that I have purchased and used the skins and textures, but since the update these skins and textures are locked for purchase. Nobody else experiencing this same issue but me?

Im having the same issue. I purchased plastic texture pack, but my android PE doesnt have it. Both Win 10 and iOS PE works fine. Please help.

I'm having the exact same issue as the person who posted this ticket. I purchased a lot of stuff from the Minecraft Marketplace, and it all disappeared with version 0.15.2. Please fix this issue, Mojang.

Same problem. Purchased Star Wars Classic skin pack on Dec. 23 '19 through Apple App Store on my iTunes account.

Microsoft account of children (Beau Brem) is linked with my husbands playstation account. This pack does not show up anywhere.

Purchases of other child (Youp Brem), do appear in Beau Brem's account but Youp Brem cannot acces his own purchases: Festive Mash-up, Pirates of the Caribbean and Mashup Halloween. These were purchased trough playstation 4 account of my husband.

Earlier purchase of Beau Brem: Dinosaurs are back alive, is visible and playable.

It's so complex with all the accounts I can't get my head around it. To summarize:

Beau Brem > MS Account linked with PS4 account of husband purchases made with my iTunes account

Youp Brem > MS Account not linked with playstation account

I also have had this issue. I purchased several texture packs and skins. I was playing with them fine this morning (several hours). I logged out to feed my baby and when I logged back in, all my purchases were gone from my account... yes I tried looking in the Marketplace and they are removed from there too... Is there a fix for this? This is really getting me to where I dont want to play Minecraft anymore.
