No marketplace or custom character

The issue with things on the title screen working has gotten even worse. There’s no way to access marketplace now because it never load up right. That means people on switch can’t pour money into this game so hopefully that’s enough reason to actually fix it. It’s been months of dealing with this issue it only gets progressively worse with every update. I haven’t been able to use my custom character for quite some time it’s only Steve or Alex I’m definitely not gonna buy into and special things for my character ever again considering it’s been down for so long what’s the point if I can quite literally never use it. I restart the game over and over but the only online functionality that works is multiplayer and realms and realms is hit and miss with the game thinking I need to authenticate with Microsoft most of the times I try to join
