[MCPE-161913] Purchased Marketplace world is stuck Downloading.

Purchased world SUMMER CRUISE in Marketplace but after selecting Download, progress sits at 0% and never downloads. Other free worlds also stuck showing Downloading as well but never do.

I have problems downloading texture packs and mashups the software keeps giving me the error of insufficient space for the operation despite the playstation I have over 400 gb available
