Ridable entities that can't jump display the wrong buttons when ridden

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Enable the new touch control scheme in the settings;

  2. Switch to either the "Touch" or the "Crosshair" interaction models;

  3. Ride a boat or a minecart.

Observed Results:
The entity jump button is displayed, making it look like these entities can jump.

Expected Results:
The entity "sneak" button is used to get off these entities.

Notes: While the jump button can normally be used alongside sneak to get off ridden entities on other platforms, it is not the most intuitive button to be displayed graphically, as the image depicted contradicts the action if the player rides anything other than horses, mules and donkeys, which can actually jump.

This also applies to other entities that can't jump when ridden (llamas, striders, etc.)

After consideration, the issue is being closed as Working as Intended.

Please note, that mechanics of the game may change between updates.
Things such as graphics, sounds, world creation, biomes, redstone, villagers, and animals may not work the same in current versions.
