Incorrect sneak/jump buttons when riding certain mobs with the "D-Pad & tap to interact" control mode

Steps to reproduce:

1. Switch to the D-Pad & tap to interact control mode

2. Create/enter a world

3. Spawn and ride a horse

Observed result:
The sneak button is replaced with the "entity jump" button, while the jump button is unchanged.

Expected result:
The sneak button is replaced with the "entity dismount" button, while the jump button is replaced with the "entity jump" button.
