Stone buttons do not drop when broken by hand

Summary:
Prior to update 1.2.13, stone buttons drop out when broken by hand. Might be a side effect of this change: https://feedback.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/360004167331

Pickaxes now break Stone Buttons faster than hands

In the Java version, dropping stone buttons when broken by hand is an intentional feature. see MC-177518

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place the stone button.

2. Break the button with your hand.

Observed results:
The button does not drop when broken by hand.

Expected results:
The button drop when broken by hand.
