World will not reload

Here’s how you too, can lose all progress in your Minecraft 1.19 world!

1. Create or join a survival Minecraft world

2. Get far enough away from your spawn chunks, so that they’ll despawn

3. Die

4. Don’t respawn or exit to world selection screen, instead, close application

5. Re-enter Minecraft to reload the Minecraft world you just died in, and watch as the panning background freezes, and the progress bar will be forever stuck trying to build terrain

Congratulations! You can no longer enter that world, and have to reload the game to open other world.

I don’t know if it works on other consoles, but it works for PS4. It’s been four months since I could play the world I accidentally figured this out on, but it feels like longer
