All I can say is the text looks "hollow"

Hey, if you having diffculties with recording media on iOS device, please follow this link: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT207935 for guidance. This will help you to record the media on any iOS device. Then you can attach the recorded video here in attachments tab.
