1. The oars of a boat or raft behave strangely!
2. They have a very strange animation
3. They spin very fast and seem to hang for a couple of seconds
Does this only happen when viewing them from a distance or through a spyglass?
Does this only happen when viewing other players in a multiplayer setting?
