Hanging nether and bamboo signs don't have new sounds

In Java snapshot 22w45a, the nether wood and bamboo wood hanging signs had new sounds added to them that fit their wood types. This has not happened in Bedrock.

Update: The cherry hanging signs do have their own unique sounds. Bamboo and nether hanging signs still do not.
