I have a feeling that this will be marked as a duplicate, but for the past couple of weeks I've been having failures with my skins and not being able to access the marketplace, I've cleared catch, both on app in in game, as well as completely uninstalling it, and still didn't fix it. Unfortunately I've had this issue since about the 3rd or 4th day after the "bug" fix came out, and I updated my game.
