Issue : When polar bear riding boat/raft the word "Board" does not appear sometimes.
Expected Results : When polar bear riding boat/raft the word "Board" should appear.
Reproduce issues :
1.Place boat/raft.
2.Spawn polar bear then make it ride the boat/raft.
3.Then try to make it ride the boat.
4.Reproduce issue.
