This issue is not a duplicate of MCPE-162424.
Chunks are loading very strangely since Minecraft 1.19.60.25 Preview, it seems that some chunks are too lazy to load and only a few chunks loaded when player is near form them.
The change about chunk generating in 1.19.60.25 might caused this issue.
Steps to reproduce:
Use elytra to fly around the world and pay attention to the chunk loading speed.
Observed results:
chunk loanding speed is much slower compared with Minecraft 1.19.51.
