my keyboard, only the keyboard, doesnt work on the game, the only commands that work are "ALT+TAB" and "ALT+F4", other devices like a controller or even the mouse work to replace the keyboard, i have already tried to re-install the game but didn't work

I think your virtual keyboard is the problem. Im using android and face the same issue, and its so annoying . XD but luckily i found a way to fix it. I think the problem is the swiftkey keyboard I dont know why.. So I installed a new keyboard on my android and disable the swiftkey and also the other keyboad (that installed on my device) and finally! i can use WASD without pressing ALT.

Hi @unknown, I haven't been able to reproduce this problem on my device. Can you possibly post a DXdiag.txt? So we can have a further look into possible hardware or software incompatibility. Ofcourse feel free to remove any personal information.
If you installed any drivers related to keyboard and mouse, does uninstalling them resolve the issue?
