I think your virtual keyboard is the problem. Im using android and face the same issue, and its so annoying . XD but luckily i found a way to fix it. I think the problem is the swiftkey keyboard I dont know why.. So I installed a new keyboard on my android and disable the swiftkey and also the other keyboad (that installed on my device) and finally! i can use WASD without pressing ALT.
