[MCPE-16645] Lightning spawns skele horses and causes no fire

i was going around my world on a thunderstorm and i was looking for a horse to breed with my current one... none in sight then lighting hit and skeleton horses spawned lighting hit again and skeletons spawned on top of them but there was no fire pls fix!!!

Does lightning causes fire with other blocks, or only when spawning horses?

@unknown Lightning does sometimes create fire when it strikes. I have no idea if it is supposed to when a skeleton horse trap is activated as this issue describes, though.

Just checked and in 0.16.0 lightning from skeleton horse traps spawning/activating only sometimes creates fire, just like normal lightning. I don't think this was ever even broken in the first place. Closing as WAI...
