Minecarts/Boats do not drop when broken

I'm not attaching photos to an issue that wouldn't be explained via photos, nor a video.

No mods are added, it's happening on my phone, pc, Playstation and Xbox, so I chose multiple.

Let's not set bugs as resolved unless they're actually resolved, okay?

Are you playing in Creative mode?
If not, do you have any non-default world settings?

100% vanilla survival. No cheats, no creative, although I've found out that breaking the items with your hand drops them, just not with tools.

None of my uploads show any boats dropping. Let's not mark things as resolved when they're not resolved please. Thank you!

Happens on a realm I play on

I did a bit of testing on the realm I play on and it turned out that it was a world setting entity tile drops or something like that was off after changing this it was fixed for both minecarts and boats
