Please, use this text as description of that bug:
In release 1.19.70, as well as betas 1.19.70.xx and 1.19.80.20, the tooltip with the name of the item is now displayed not only below, but also near the item itself. This is sometimes confusing, as often one item name is displayed on top of another.
Expected Result: The tooltip with the name of the item is displayed only next to the selected item, and not displayed at the bottom of the inventory.

Affects the normal inventory in survival too. The label should just be at the bottom above the hotbar instead of next to the item since the labels cover up the number of items in that stack. Larger labels(like enchantments) also now cover up all of the items under them. The labels of all items in the creative inventory are also now showing very sensitively without having to fully click on and select them, which is annoying and hard to follow.

This was a terrible UI change.

The new item information bubble is persistent and covers the inventory. Makes selecting other items really difficult. the information needs to be only at the bottom of the screen as pre-update.

The green background in the item box with the white border overpowers the light grey boarder making it almost impossible to tell if the item is selected or unselected. The green background should only show when the item is actively selected.

This is an extremely annoying problem for Bedrock because the name displayed at the bottom blocks the view of the hot bar, so you can't tell where you're putting what item. PLEASE FIX!
