[MCPE-166967] Maps get stuck in a downloading state, and bar won't go away

I've been trying to download a map on Minecraft, and the bar keeps getting stuck at 0, so I then try to cancel it so I can try again but then that gets stuck, so I click the X in the upper right of the download window to close it, but then it just gets stuck as a downloading map, on the map page, anyway I will attach a few videos of the incidents. The videos are too large to attach so I've put them in a one drive link, hopefully, you are able to view them
