Suspicious Sand does not turn into Sand after brushing

Summary:
Suspicious Sand does not turn into Sand after brushing. It breaks parity with Java.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Place the Suspicious Sand.

  2. Brush the Suspicious Sand.

Observed results:
The block disappears.

Expected results:
The block turns to sand.

IMO, I actually prefer the current Bedrock behavior of collecting the sand block upon completion of the brushing since I'm finding myself using a shovel on the remaining sand on Java Edition.
