[MCPE-16755] Cannot create a zoomed out map in the anvil

@unknown edit: Placing a map in the first slot of the anvil and 8 paper in the second does not allow creation of a new, zoomed out map.

Can not expand the map that is a fault ? ask them a picture of error ?
Device: Samsung Galaxy s6 edge+
