[MCPE-168445] Drinking a night vision potion in the nether is too bright for the fog in the nether.

When night vision effects are applied in the nether, the player is presented with a very bright red fog, which can be quite damaging to the eyes.

reproduction method

1. Going to the nether.
2. Use the effect command or a potion to add the night vision effect.
When you move to a large area, a bright red fog will appear. The color damages the eyes.

Not a bug, Same as Java Edition will work as intended but your Version is too old, please update to latest version
