It is in Settings > Experiments > Short Sneaking.

This has already tracked in MCPE-167559

Which crosshair aim is not accurate while sneaking in 1.19.70

It seems like "experiment" are not on my general setting. And experiment on world setting doesn't have "short sneaking"

Also forgot the word "crouch" as i'm searching for similar bug. My bad
