A Vsync toggle cannot be found on setting

Note:If this bug report got invalid i understand but i hope a vsync toggle will be added in a future update

This is why im reporting this:

1. Vsync now works since MCPE-110006 is (almost) fixed

2. Its almost a alternative fixed for MCPE-98861/input lag by turning off vsync

3. And its helps other players to turn on or off vsync ingame instead of exiting the game and going on the game files and open options.txt and find gfx_vsync and change it to 0, 1 or 2
