[MCPE-16857] Not Displaying Sound When Elder Guardian Gives You Mining Fatigue

When I am in the Ocean Temple the elder guardian does not display a sound when it gives me mining fatigue.

because the 0.16.0 versión isnt complete, it will be fixen in future beta build

Please reply and update affected versions if you're still able to reproduce this issue.
