the short and tall seagrass like the kelp plant has a pixel below its hitbox and causes the block below to collide with that pixel

If you see in the images there is a red line that I drew, it is the texture of the seagrass, a visible pixel is missing, it is the one that is colliding with the support block, that pixel has to go above the block.
[media]In this other image you will see the height comparison in the seagrass texture, in image 1 you can see a total of 16 pixels visible in its texture but in image 2 in the game it only loads or the block model only represents 15 pixels making it pixel 16 is buried under the support block also passes through the short sea grass

In your screenshots and video I do not see pixels below the hitboxes. All I see is the texture animation that makes it look like kelp leaves and seagrass blades are waving in a water current.
Can you be more specific about what you are seeing and why you think its a bug?
