Place a stair a few blocks in the air
Fly under the stair
Observed Results:
Flight mode is disabled.
Expected Results:
Flight mode remains enabled.
The video shows: When a player passes inside an inverted step, the player's flight mode is automatically disabled. Or when the player enters the flight mode and passes into that part of the inverted step, the flight mode is also disabled.

This affects both upside down stairs and right side up stairs.
Update:
In 1.19.80.23 Preview, this now only affects upside down stairs.
it happens all the time when flying below the up side down stairs and hoppers and also you can't start flying when a hopper or stair is above you
This bug also occurs when flying next to an iron bar (the void space next to the iron bar within the same block).
