[MCPE-169010] Vanilla cape not received on Bedrock

I have been waiting for a very long time, I decided not to open this until now, hoping it would be given. I have the cape in java, but when logging on to my bedrock account on Windows & IOS it will not appear.

I know this is a duplicate, but I’m giving my example, and nothing has been done with the other issue. I’m pretty sure the last issue was abandoned at this point.
