[MCPE-169535] The texture of the shield flips upside down in the left hand.

If you take the shield in the second hand, then the texture on it turns upside down.

Is this copy of MCPE-41221?

As much as I know no, because MCPE-41221 is using texture pack but in 1.20.0.20 is actually in minecraft's code that we can place banners on shields.
