I was experimenting with commands and I discovered a problem with the give command. The command cannot give you the following blocks:
Nether Reactor Core
Glowing Obsidian
Info Reserved 6
Game Update Block
Portal
Invisible Bedrock
Please fix this glitch because it limits creativity. For the Nether Reactor Core and Glowing Obsidian, you can go into survival and use a silk touch enchanted pickaxe (Diamond Pickaxe) to get the block, same goes for the other blocks except Portal and Invisible Bedrock.

Please clarify why you think this is a feature request so I can revise the ticket. I did not intend to report a feature request.
I think he ment the entire thing. The Devs did not include these things for a reason. Info reserved 6 is not accessible through any comands.
While we may not know the reasons why, it is what the chose based on the revisions they made with these lists in 0.15.90.1/2.
If wish to have these added, you can request them at the links @unknown posted so that it is at least out there.
