I done did all the things that google and YouTube can show you but my world just gets stuck on building terrain every time I load it

It kinda is similar as far as the stuck on building terrain but as far as I can remember I hadn’t died or anything recent to logging off the world I was just chilling in my base and logged off and it hasn’t loaded back up since
