[MCPE-16998] Unicode text on Signs are visible through blocks.

I have signs with both Cyrylic and Latin texts in my MC World. I noticed that Cyrylic characters can be seen behind blocks as seen in attached SSs. It doesn't effect MC Font characters.

Tested and confirmed with mcpe 0.16.2 in wm10 on a Nokia 950.

I set up a sign with text. Placed a quartz block in front(quartz makes it easier to see). The text shown through at a distance of about 20.
