Baby sniffers don't sound high pitched when sniffing

Baby sniffers sounds likely adult sniffing sounds than higher pitch similar to MC-260459 (Was fixed in 23w14a which is using Baby: 1.3).

Steps to reproduce

Summon baby sniffer using command Block and watch to listen to hear for snifflet.

/summon sniffer ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ minecraft:entity_born

Observed result

Baby sniffer sniffing sounds listens like adult sniffing sound.

Expected Behavior

Baby sniffer sniffing sounds should listens high pitch baby sniffing sound.
