[MCPE-17030] Xbox One Bluetooth Controllers Not Functioning in Windows 10

I just got a new custom Xbox One controller from Design Labs and my Windows 10 PC recognizes the controller, is paired properly. However, when I launch Minecraft Windows 10 Edition Beta none of my xbox one controller functions, it defaults to mouse controls instead.

Please confirm the version of MCPE you are running on Windows 10. 0.15.90.2 is android exclusive.

Updated version. I am using the Windows 10 version of this game - not the Java version.

I'm getting the same issue on 1.12.0 on my Windows 10 computer.
