Having the same issue with an Xbox One controller

I'm getting the same issue on 1.12.0 on my Windows 10 computer.

This also happens on my Realm as well. The text on the sign would slowly appear, then would completely disappear as if I didn't type anything. Occurs on my Xbox One and Windows 10 on Realms

If you do decide to delete the app, there is a way to save your world's: Go to the Files app; On My iPhone/iPad; Minecraft; games; com.mojang; minecraftWorlds. All world's should be stored in this folder, so save all the contents somewhere safe.

Also occurs on iPhone 6S+, iOS version 12.1.2. Acts as if I'm pressing the sneak button, yet the "walk forward" button still looks like it's being pressed

Fixed for OLD world types in 1.9.0.5? I had this problem in INFINITE world!

By the way Im on Xbox, but you can also use another device and join via Xbox Live

Thanks for indicating that it was at the original spawn point; I was able to retrieve my items by joining the game using an unused account who is at spawn point and having it collect my items for me

Books do not stack anymore, and this isn't a bug.

I don't know why it's not showing up for you, but I have the "Join Realm" button on both my Nintendo Switch and Windows 10, which brings up a screen to enter a realm code.

I suggest you do not open it.

I have had this problem before, and so did many others, and unenrolling did not work either. Unfortunately I had to factory reset my computer which took me out of beta. I don't suggest doing that though.

Do you have a resource pack applied?
