In my stone generator sometimes lava stays as lava and doesn’t generate stone rendering the farm useless because I have to place blocks and break them to fix it
Recreate build a simple stone generator, for example the mysticat one. Start mining and eventually the bug will show up. ( I am using an efficiency 4 diamond pick)

Steps to reproduce (From MCPE-170554)
make a simple stone generator
mine away at the stone (I used an efficiency 4 pickaxe)
eventually stone won’t generate
Observed results
from time to time (not 100% of stone broken) stone doesn’t generate where lava hits a waterlogged staircase. Leaving just flowing lava into b it’s place. This causes the farm to never generate stone blocks in that place, causing it to be rendered useless
Expected Results
Stone generates 100% of the time
So the problem is is that if you mine the stone too quickly it will eventually do this:
[media]the game thinks that the water has no where to go and so the lava goes down and the game doesn't realize there's water there. This causes lava to be where the stone would be generating, and that will cause the stone generator to stop working entirely or just produce cobblestone (depending on how laggy your game is) I hope this helped the devs/coders/etc. understand so they can get this issue taken care of.
