[MCPE-170619] Ghost chunks kill animals and players

ghost chunks are appearing in worlds that are old generation. then the chunks disappear, but it takes a while, when they disappear they take the mobs that were loaded in the old chunk

the player starts to receive damage if they enter these chunks, and even trying to break blocks they just disappear but the suffocation damage continues
